Ebbi Warnking began her career in print journalism writing for San Francisco State University. However, in the late nineties she discovered her true calling: broadcast communications. She soon combined her writing experience with award-winning broadcast talent, earning her degree in broadcast journalism and joining KCRT Television. KCRT TV serves the East San Francisco Bay area, reaching an estimated 250,000 viewers.
Today, Ebbi is perhaps best known as the producer and host of her own TV30 television show, reaching approximately 350,000 viewers. With a spotlight on current events in California's San Francisco Bay Area, this magazine-style, regular television feature highlighted Ms. Warnking's amazing versatility and fearlessness.
During her tenure at TV30, the station was twice awarded the prestigious Telly award. This honor recognizes the very best local, regional, and cable television commercials and programs, as well as the finest video and film productions in all 50 states and 5 continents.
Ebbi is currently a producer and host for Sidewalks Entertainment, a long-running, weekly American television series that is a combination of a talk show, magazine show and variety show featuring celebrity interviews, music, artistic and novelty acts, and rising performers.
The 30-minute program is primarily produced in the San Francisco Bay Area with segments from other parts of the country, including Los Angeles and New York. Sidewalks has been honored with ten media awards for its work, including the coveted Billboard Video Award for Best Regional/Local "Pop" Music Video Series.
Ebbi believes those involved in broadcast media have a responsibility for quality programming, and she demonstrates her belief in all her work. She has contributed to her community, appearing on such panels as the “Women in Leadership Series: Voices in the Media” event for the East Bay Information Technology Group, eBIG.
